Policies

Scheduling:

Our goal is to make your experience the best possible!  You can schedule your lesson at any time, but to ensure a spot, it is best to contact us for classes on Tuesday or Wednesday for classes during the weekend.

Payment:

In order to reserve your lesson, we require a 50% deposit on the class.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Cancellation:

If we cancel:  Kiteboarding depends on the weather.  As a result, if the conditions are not suitable for your lesson, we will cancel the lesson.  For cancellations made in advance, a minimum of 2 hours is given unless previously arranged.  We do not teach in conditions that are not appropriate for your class.  We do this to ensure that the money you invest in classes is worth it!

Should the weather conditions become unsuitable for a lesson during the lesson or immediately prior, the lesson will be rescheduled for the next available date and time.

If you cancel: Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice.  Cancellations made before this time will be rescheduled at no additional cost.  Cancellations made after the time will forfeit half of their deposit.

Lesson Timelines:

The timelines outlined on our website for lessons are general guidelines only.  They are based on the average time for the average student.  Our primary concern is your SAFETY as a student.  As a result, instructors will only progress to the next step when you are ready.

Lessons are broken up into 2 hour segments.  Students may take between 2-6 hours per day.  We do not offer lessons less than 2 hours.

Questions or concerns regarding this should be addressed with your instructor.

Refunds:

Refunds for unused time will be made in full at the customer’s request (if said request does not interfere with the cancellation policy).  Students who have not used their time within 12 months are only eligible for school credit.
